The Call Center agent

Being a call center agent / Customer Service Representative / Technical Support Representative is not easy. There are several steps to be a call center agent. But some persons are discourage to enter the world of BPO industry. I still remember when I had my first job interview in a BPO industry. I had to wear my best dress just to get a piece of paper that says “Thank you for your interest unfortunately you did not pass…..” I had to go home since I only have one appointment at that time. Then as time goes by I had appointments back and forth in Ortigas just to land a Job. Several months after I realize that I am not fit for that job. So what I did I studied again and after 3 years of studying I found myself in applying in a BPO industry. This time I got the job, I signed the contract and Boom! The Talent Acquisition gave me the details of the job and training process. After a few weeks this has been my scenario:

Queuing - it means there's a lot of calls waiting to be answered:

Kudos in CSAT (customer satisfaction): it means you resolved the issue helped the customer or made them happy throughout your conversation:

Sup Call / Man Call (Supervisory call or Manager Call): This means that your customer doesn't believe in your capability or simply they think that you cannot resolve your concern.

Several months after passing the training and having the job I am enjoying the life that I had. I can buy my own things buy the things that I want.

1.) Starbucks Coffee.

Everybody loves a Starbucks coffee! It will be your best buddy from the start of your shift till end.

 2.) Gadgets.

Having the things that you want coming from the fruit of your labor is the best thing to experience
